Our support Services team have in excess of 20 years of medical and legal administration experience combined and underpin the overall service you will receive. They ensure the Experts are fully supported in the production of our products. There is a vigorous induction and development programme for all office based staff ensuring quality assurance is sustained at all times.
There is a robust infrastructure in place which is monitored and developed to ensure the highest calibre reports are produced for clients. Each Expert has a dedicated Personal Assistant, who works together with them and our clients to ensure efficient timings and deadlines are adhered too. As part of that service, our in-house proofers ensure the report costings, language and formatting are accurate before the documents are disclosed to clients.
The Support Services Team is led by our experienced Director of Operations, Luisa Crook, whose role it is to ensure the high quality of provision of customer service to our clients. She ensures the infrastructure is fit for purpose at all times, as well as managing HR processes and all other aspects of the day to day running of the company.
