Neonatal Nurse joins JJ&A Liability Team

Olufolake (Fola) has worked as a neonatal nurse and midwife for over 35 years. Fola has been working in a senior role within a reputable trust as a clinical practice facilitator and team lead.

Fola’s experience predominantly lies within providing highly specialist care to extremely premature and sick babies in neonatal intensive care units. Fola competently cares for babies who are on different types of ventilators, she also cares for babies in high dependency / special care baby units until discharge home for transfer to community care.

Fola also works as a Professional Midwifery Advocate and Royal College of Midwives Learning Representative. These roles have created opportunities to acquire and utilise supervisory and management skills in influencing change through effective leadership for over ten years.

Fola currently works for Jane James & Associates providing Breach of Duty Reports for use in litigation and is instructed by both Claimant and Defendant firms.
