All of our reports for the Court are CPR Part 35 compliant. We offer a range of reports and we can provide bespoke reports and advice on request.
Our reports have developed out of our long-standing commitment to offer independent, well considered and practically presented evidence for the Court. Our reports are robust, easy to read and clear on costs.
Quantum Reports
We provide expert witness quantum reports instructed on behalf of the Claimant, Defendant or on a Joint Instruction basis.
Liability Reports
Our experts are fully qualified in providing their professional opinion on breach of duty. We cover many areas of liability reporting including, general nursing, neurological nursing including stroke neurosurgical nursing, practice nursing, minor injuries, manual handling, tissue viability, community care provision including nursing and care homes and occupational therapy.
